If you plan to drive around

Then If most of your sightseeings are in downtown,and if you plan to stay in
Toronto during the weekdays, and if you hate taking subways, I would
suggest you live in the downtown.

End if

During the weekend you can stay out side of downtown. Weekdays are always
busy on the highway.
