请您讲讲如何才能避免 twisting the words by the mind ?

let me try ~~ we had six fuction which is eyes to see ears to hear nose to
smell tongue to taste body to feel mind to think and when we listen with our
ears we hear what others are saying but when we are not paying attantion to
what we heard our mind wonder off so we miss some of the words but mind is
very smart fuction... haha it will put in words to make it reasonable so the
story had be twisted meaning the words had be twisted,, and that is what
happen to my story to dreamfly haha but she dont know it ,,, that is why i
dont blame her ..that is how misunderstand happen... so when listening to
others we should pay attention to what he or she is saying not guessing at
less we try our best ... some can do it better than others... listen with
our ears think with our mind ~~very simple....
